After the talk, if you feel inspired, you can sign up for the full course that runs two hours a day for four days. You will graduate an expert meditator with access to weekly group meditations, the ability to sit in on the course again free of charge (with Emily or any other Ziva Teachers) and membership to our online coaching group. This will provide you with the tools you need to finally commit to a daily practice easily and effortlessly.
