What exactly do I get when I enroll in the At-Home Retreat?
What is the difference between manifesting and embodied manifesting?
At Ziva, I used to teach manifesting very much from the neck up. But this is about using new tools in order to bring that manifestation into your body. It’s about getting your body into peak states so you can actually embody the dream that you want to manifest. Here’s what Joelle said about how she experiences the difference after learning Sacred Secret:
“I love both the art of manifesting and embodied manifesting. However, embodied manifesting seems like a deeper, soul aligned practice. And the more I practice embodied manifesting, the easier and almost effortless it becomes to activate the “embodied manifesting” channel.
I really enjoy using pleasure to alchemize emotions, and I, especially love using pleasure to pray. When a peak state, especially when a peak state of arousal is accompanied with Embodied manifestation, I am able to visualize coherence between my energy centers, enabling a clear channel of harmonic resonance to act as a funnel for my dreams. What exactly is Pleasure Prayer?
Pleasure prayer is about using the most potent cocktail of neurochemistry our bodies are capable of producing for manifesting.
In this modality, we cultivate what we call Creation Energy in our body — through either breathwork, play or self-pleasure — and allow the pleasure to build throughout our body. Then at the moment of peak pleasure, you dedicate that energy to your dreams.
This works to rewire your neural networks so that even thinking about your dream outside of the practice creates pleasure in the body.
