Recently, I was featured in a segment on GMA’s Strahan and Sara and I wanted to share some feelings while they are fresh in my mind and heart.
When I was a little girl, my mom watched GMA every morning getting ready for work. I remember thinking how cool it would be to be on the show.
Never in a million years did I think I would be on talking about my own book, Stress Less, Accomplish More. But during our crazy book launch, I manifested what it would feel like to be on that stage and sharing these tools with so many people. And it worked. It still feels surreal.
In case you’re wondering, Sara Haines and Michael Strahan are total pros. They are genuinely loving, curious, kind and FUNNY. I think they will both be joining the Ziva ranks soon. Especially because Gio Benitez (from the 7am hour of GMA) is a Ziva graduate and kindly came to watch the segment.
The audience was filled with friends, team members, family and so many Ziva students. Even my husband came and sat on the front row.
Oh and the best part? My mom was there by my side. She met Sara and Michael backstage and Michael even gave her a shout out on the show! This was something I’ll remember forever.
Check out the Strahan and Sara segment above!
Having a national platform to talk about these life-changing tools is epic — just think about how many people will be touched by this. I’d love to hear what you think about it and if you’re inspired, I’d be honored if you’d share this with your community.
P.S. don’t worry… at the end you’ll catch me doing a high kick.
Woah. What a dream to be on Good Morning America. I’ve been working toward this for so long.
