Mint Chocolate Shake: Superfood Recipe

We all love to indulge and thanks to zivaGUIDE Kelsey Mathes this year we can feel great while doing it! We are sharing great recipes this season to keep you feeling great and energized while enjoying delicious treats.  This ayurvedic mint chocolate shake is full of rich flavor and freshened up by bright mint that reminds us of those tasty cookies from our childhood.

Fun Fact: Did you know that avocados are super high in potassium? Swap avocados for bananas to get not only the potassium you need but healthful raw fats to speed up your metabolism.

Thin Mints Shake

3/4 c coconut milk (full fat)
1/4 avocado
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp raw cacao
1/4 tsp mint extract
1 tsp raw honey

Blend together and enjoy!
