One of Emily’s favorite time hacks is, “I’m ahead of schedule. I’m a time billionaire.” Every day, twice a day, we as meditators have the opportunity to move beyond the realm of thinking, which moves us beyond the realm of time. We get to dip into this vast, boundless, timeless state of consciousness which changes the way we interact with time in our waking state.

Ever seen the movie, Inception? There are 3 different layers of time. Time happens horizontally (past/present/future), vertically (past/present/future happening simultaneously) and a third layer of time, in which there is only one time, and it is now. As you change your state of consciousness in the now, it changes the lens through which you see your past. Changing the lens through which you see your past, uplevels your past, which affects your present. This can start a loop, in a beautiful upward spiral.
