Emily Fletcher is the founder of Ziva and host of the podcast Why Isn’t Everyone Doing This? She has taught over 50,000 people to reduce stress, sleep better, and unlock their highest potential through meditation and manifesting.
Her best-selling book, Stress Less, Accomplish More, is a Wall Street Journal best seller, and her work has been featured by The New York Times, Good Morning America, The Today Show, and Vogue. She has trained teams at Google, Apple, and Harvard, making ancient tools practical for high-performing lives.
A formerly stressed Broadway performer going gray at 27, Emily found meditation, which cured her insomnia and anxiety—and changed her life. She left acting, trained in India, and developed the techniques thousands of Ziva students swear by today.
