What You’ll Do:
Affiliate Program Management:

Recruit, onboard, and manage high-leverage affiliates and VIP partners, leveraging Ziva’s, Emily Fletcher’s, and your own network.

Launch monthly affiliate campaigns to drive leads and revenue.

Create and distribute pitch decks and promotional materials for affiliates, including tracking links, email templates, and creative assets.

Plan and execute quarterly affiliate challenges to boost engagement and results.

Create a thriving community of affiliates by fostering collaboration, support, and shared success rather than competition.

Track affiliate performance and provide ongoing support to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Corporate Partnerships & B2B Growth:

Secure 8 corporate wellness partnerships for employee wellness programs in 2025.

Book Emily for keynote speeches and corporate workshops, targeting wellness-forward organizations.

Create and distribute customized pitch decks for corporate clients to highlight Ziva’s offerings.

Pitch and partner with one high-impact sponsored partner for a Ziva x product bundle campaign.

Execute a year-end sponsored event or partnership to maximize visibility and revenue.
Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Collaboration:

Build and nurture relationships with affiliates, influencers, and corporate partners to drive brand awareness, affiliate sales, and high-impact collaborations.

Leverage Emily’s, Ziva’s, and your own network to expand partnerships and identify strategic opportunities.

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that integrate seamlessly with affiliate and corporate partnership efforts.

Cultivate relationships with high-profile individuals and organizations to maximize reach and impact.
Reporting & Optimization:

Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., affiliate conversions, corporate revenue) to measure success.

Provide regular updates to the marketing team with actionable insights to refine strategies.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years in affiliate program management, influencer marketing, or B2B partnerships.

Proven track record of securing partnerships and delivering measurable results in a performance-based role.

Skills:

Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.

Proficiency with affiliate and CRM tools

Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling pitch decks and marketing materials.
