You’re going to want to do each of these morning exercises ten times each. Don’t be afraid to really inhale and exhale, filling your lungs as much as you can while moving.

Warm up: Inhale as you lift your hands up behind you, exhale as you lower them.
The Helicopter: Bring your arms out to shoulder height and exhale as you twist.
The Bend & Snap: Bend forward as far as you can and then arch back and support your lower back with your hands, exhaling on each motion.
The Jane Fonda: Remember to keep your lips and jaw relaxed, exhale each time you move side to side as you reach in the same direction.

Give these morning exercises a go and see how you like it!
