Hopefully by now you have stopped judging deep meditations as “good” and shallow meditations as “bad.”
But sometimes folks ask, “How do you know that a deep meditation is no better for you than a shallow one?”
If the point of meditation was relaxation then a deep one would be better. But the point of Ziva Meditation is to get better at life. And the shallow (or thought-filled) meditations are an indicator that stress is leaving your body, which is the very thing that is improving your performance capabilities. So even if you don’t enjoy the shallow ones, just do it.
