We have all done it.
Thrown a piece of trash on the ground. Told a tiny white lie. Said we were going to call and didn’t.
It doesn’t seem like a big deal in the moment, but how you do anything is how you do everything.
So sure, you could half-ass it and go to the gym to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes while you read a magazine or scroll Instagram. Or you could only meditate if/when you feel like it.
But what we’re asking you today is: can you hold yourself with a bit more integrity, even with the small stuff? Can you be intentional about how you show up even in life’s little tasks?
Now, we’re not suggesting you strive for an unattainable ideal of perfection, or beat yourself up for mistakes. We’re suggesting that when you commit yourself to the small stuff in life, you build the muscle to act with integrity when it comes to life’s big decisions.
We made a video about this to help you to reframe your habits…it will also ask you some hard (but life-improving) questions.
It’s time to play full out. Uncover your truest self with a meditation practice.
