No, not that one. We’re talking about forgiveness.
When it comes to forgiveness, you likely fall into one of two camps.
The first is that it’s very hard for you to forgive. You want to hold a grudge, you want to feel that resentment and it feels safer to be in a space of anger.
The other camp is that you are way toooo eager to forgive. Instead of acknowledging the truth or even having hard conversations, maybe you choose to spiritual bypass so you don’t have to do the hard work and sit in those uncomfortable feelings.
